Nos Vorm is a Flat Dimension on the The Outer Rim. Its capitol is Phal. Much like Arindell, it consists mostly of large continents separated by oceans, and was a major battleground during the Mage Wars. Officially, the centralized government is the Phal Fidel Unified Nations, which is itself a part of the Alliance.

The history of Nos Vorm is the history of Phal, its greatest and most important city.
