The Rise of Towers is an era commonly regarded by historians as the initiation of the Mage Wars. No exact beginning date can be fixed, but the first tower was undoubtedly High Tower.
The Rise of Towers ran from around B.G.A. 3800 until B.G.A. 3400. Though Towers would be built all throughout the Mage Wars, the Rise era is considered unique. This was the time when Tower Magic was still being perfected, and the era is considered to have ended when the forms and techniques were finally established.
