GDC1 Story

In Generic Dungeon Crawler I, you play as Roark: a disenfranchised adventure hero taking a break at the local Standard RPG Tavern(TM) (it's a chain, like Starbucks), when Ashley the Buxom Barmaid(TM) asks him to descend into the tavern's basement to retrieve her lost ring.

You will find the ring approximately 5 levels down in the hands of a giant rat who, coincidentally, is the first boss.
