Arkul Semketa Ruha Hai

Arkul Semketa Ruha Hai is the Most High Priest and Servant in the Place of Truth, the head priest of the New Arindell Necromancer Temple. As the leader of the city's necromancer population, he is an important figure in Arindell's politics and moves within the circles of high society. He is considered the defacto leader of the necromancer state, and often speaks to the New Day Alliance on behalf of the various necromancer states.

Personality

Arkul is a humble man. Despite his high status position he lives a very frugal life. His apartment within the temple consists of only two rooms, a private office and a small, undecorated sleeping compartment. He does not have a private washroom and attends the temple baths regularly.

Those who do know him well may describe him as two-faced, as he can be very shrewd and unrelenting, yet often acts very kind and open. In fact his shrewder side is seen when he is negotiating on behalf of his people, and the gentle side is the real "him".

He is a tireless worker for the temple, involving himself fully in the necromancer community. When not organizing rituals, he can be found visiting schools and rec centers, assessing the youth, and ensuring all the people are well-cared for.
