Anea Mountains

The Anea Mountains is a short range of low, flat-topped mountains surrounded on three sides by Lake Bara. It is one of the proposed locations for High Tower, and an abode of the Water Drake Flight.
Geography
The Aneas are low, with only a handful of peaks over 1000 ft. They are surrounded on three sides by Lake Bara, in roughly the center of the Agras Plains.
History
Because of their proximity to the lakes, the Aneas were host to a variety of city-states during the Mage Wars. The mountains provided a natural defence, and the tall, mostly flat peaks offered excellent high ground. A position atop one of the mountains could command the entire Agras Plain.
