Capitol City of the Unity Earth Sphere Alliance. Also famous for it's public library. It is in Stormreaver Valley and is connected to the Valley of Sleeping Dragons

City or Dimension

The city of Arindell lies in a very large flat dimension that has never been fully explored. There is no official name for the dimension(like most large flat dimensions), though it is sometimes called by the name of the city: Arindell.

The City

The city of Arindell is the capitol of the Alliance as well as the home-base of the Slayer Dragons. The city takes up most of Stormreaver Valley In the center of the city lies Stormwind Keep, surrounded by several capitol buildings. Around this are the large manor houses and market districts which cater to high-ranking Alliance officials. The rest of the valley is made up of suburbs and neighborhoods that house the civilian population.

The valley is also home to a small airbase from which the Alliance military flies patrol sorties. Flights are very limited as dragons have the right of way.

The city ends rather abruptly as property lines established before its construction dictate where Arindell ends and the lands of High Mountain begin.

Construction

Arindell was built in the early Golden Age, construction began officially in A.Y. 11

The Dimension

The dimension is vast, one of the largest ever discovered, the edge has never been found or mapped. It is theorized, however, that several dozen flat dimensions may actually be connected, forming one super-massive flat dimension. It has been estimated that, if they are indeed connected, the distance between Panta(a settlment in a flat dimension near the edge) and Arindell the city would be approximately 92,000,000 miles. The city of Arindell is thought to be in roughly the center of the dimension, meaning that if it were round, the approximate diameter would be 184,000,000 or one-hundred-eighty-four-million miles. Slightly less than the diameter of a standard earth-normal planet's orbit around it's star.

If these assumptions are correct, the total surface area of the dimension containing Arindell woubld be roughly 26,619,000,000 or over twenty-six-billion square miles.

A traveler who left Arindell and started walking to Panta, assuming you could cover an average of 20 miles each day, it would take you 12,602 years to reach Panta.
