Boarder Watch is a town at the base of the High Mountains and guards the pass leading to Arindell. It is one of several boarder towns on either side of the range that were built as outposts to defend the city. Boarder Watch is special in that it is also where the shield protecting the city sends anyone trying to teleport there.
