Cannath is a major city on Half-Haul Canal situated spanning two major islands in and around the "canal" inlet from which the region gets it's name. Cannath is a port city and important hub of commerce.
In the New Day era, Cannath continues to be a major trading hub for materials, but is best known as a tourist destination. It is a major port of call for cruises sailing out of Sun's Beacon. It also provides a convent point of access to the Necrotic Zone.
