Central Command and Control is the High Command of the Gudersnipe School and Crimson Blade. The Acronym CCC usually refers specifically to the gigantic tactical complex within Gudersnipe School Proper, but is sometimes used to refer to any master-command station.
Also known as CCC or simply 'higher'.
