Dendra Otzi

Dendra Otzi was a researcher and mage who living during the Golden Age. Technically born during the end of the Mage Wars, he was notable for his efforts to quantify and describe magic in a way non-magic users could understand. His seminal work, On Wizardry, was widely republished and expanded on throughout the Alliance era. Most notably, Dendra is credited with coining the term 'Step' to describe the relative power of a tower-magic spell.
