Joint Space is the area of space administered jointly by the Alliance and the Gudersnipe Foundation. It comprises several regions in several dimensions, and in many cases includes multiple independent nations as enclaves within, as well as regions strictly under the control of one side or the other.

The treaties which govern joint space were originally established at the end of the Mage Wars, though the regions that fall into that category have changed much since. Though the original iteration of the Alliance eventually collapsed, the treaty was carried out effectively without change.
