Recipes on the Road, alias Roadside Dining, was a compilation of regional specialities, compiled by A.E. Clipson, Traroth the dragon, and Nathan Ransom.

History

After the events of Going South, Nathan approached Clipson and Traroth with an idea to 'Do something more' to commemorate their adventure. Traroth and Clipson's wife Anastasia suggested a cookbook of all the strange dishes they encountered on the journey, or else a travel-guide relating their mistakes and how not to make them. Roadside was the principal result of that project. Its four authors compiled it together, using existing cookbooks and their own imaginations to reconstruct the recipes themselves.

In some ways a companion book to Elvira's Kitchen, Roadside was equally as popular.
