Russia is the name of the school that trains members of the Society of Assassins. It is not certified by the Assassin's Guild.
Nothing about Russia's location or age is known; its existence was not even confirmed until the Sixth Age, though it may have existed since the Mage Wars.
Techniques
Not every member of the Society was trained there, though the Assassin's Guild maintains that it can discern them. The Society routinly kidnaps children from all demographics, their selection criteria are unclear. These children, it is presumed, go to Russia.
