Art Lead

Art Lead barely qualifies as an NPC in this game, in fact he's really more of a puzzle. Various other game activities might involve stealing from him or tricking him, but the only direct interaction is making him leave the couch.

Tool's Guy

Tool's Guy is effectively the quest-giver and penultumate NPC, he's the one the characters keep returning to and advancing the story. He is not always found at his desk, and depending on circumstances, the characters might have to search for him.
