Wizard's Guild of Aren

The Wizard's Guild of Aren is a fraternal organization founded and headquartered in Arindell shortly after the end of the Mage Wars. Eieber himself was a founding member, though the charter explicitly waived the dues fees for Slayer Dragons. Despite the name the guild was open to both wizards and Sorceresses from the very beginning (unlike the later Wizards' Guild of New Arindell).

The guild's primary function was to police the population of magic users, giving them accountability and requiring registration. Its secondary function was to provide training and to organize for collective lobbying in the newly-formed political landscape of the Alliance.
