Gudersnipe School Proper is overseen and administrated by Instructors. All are former students and long-standing members of the Gudersnipe Foundation.
In order to apply for the position of Instructor, an individual must graduate from Gudersnipe School and serve the Foundation loyally for no less than 100 years. Then, they must be formally "invited" by at least one current Instructor.
From there, the application process involves a series of interviews and tests by current Instructors, all of which is overseen by the Blind Counsel and subject to board approval. Generally, unless an applicant was specifically groomed for Instructorship while a student, final clearance must be given by the Chorus.
