Yuesf is Hunter's primary rival at Gudersnipe School. He is never given a last name and never shows up outside of the Gudersnipe Stories, except in The Concourse to Victory(Story) where he appears only as a computer virus and a recorded message. It is implied in that story that he died some time earlier and Hunter and Jason spent some time defiling his grave.
Yuesf leads the Blade Team, made up of his dorm-mates, who are also not given family names in the series.
