Sine

Sine is the capital of Sindall, in the Yenisei River Delta. The city is mostly low-lying, with few buildings over three stories. It sits on a sandy plain, so builders tend to favor lighter-weight materials. Sine is a major center of art and culture throughout the Known Worlds; but by reason of the region's geology, the Gudersnipe Foundation has refused to build a GATE-hub there, or even an interface. The nearest offworld access (not by magic) is in Sun's Beacon some distance away. Travelers to Sine may get there by ferry, train, or air.
