Sine

Sine is the capital of Sindall, it is located in the Yenisei River Delta. The city is mostly low-lying with few buildings over three stories. Its sits on a sandy plain, so builders tend to favor lighter-weight materials. Sine is a major center for art and culture throughout the Known Worlds. However, because of the region's geology, the Gudernsipe Foundation has refused to build a GATE-hub there or even an interface. The nearest offworld access(not by magic) is in Sun's Beacon some distance away. Travelers wishing to reach Sine may get there by fairy, train, or air.
