I hav an idea for user-generated-content(UGC) that works about like so:

Players create content for the pen-and-paper game, such as a dungeon, module, quest chain, etc, that they like and think is good. This module can then be posted to the forums where other players may review it, play it for themselves, etc. If refinments are made, they can be added to the module.

Forum moderators will then cherry-pick the best UGC to go into a dev forum(where players can still post) where it will be reviewed again and voted on. UGC that wins will go on to be created and added to the game.

This will make use of the UpVote System for deciding what goes where.
