The Road to War is the final story of the book The Road to War, the second volume of the Course Books story. It is a cliffhanger, and is completed in the third volume, The Concourse to Victory, in a story of the same name.
In The Road to War we see the completion of the Victory Fleet and the first mention of the Progenitors.
