Komodo

Komodo, who called himself "Emperor Komodo", was a dragon-half (dragon on the mother's side, and therefore of reptilian appearance) who briefly took control of the town where Hunter Jusenkyou went to high-school. He was a practitioner of blood magic. The Slayer Dragons dispatched Hunter and Lina Rowen to defeat him.
